999r Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 999r ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the 999r website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services.

By accessing 999r, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, claiming a bonus, or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all players, including those accessing 999r through the mobile app on Android or iOS.

If you are using 999r on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting you do so. You should read these Terms carefully before proceeding with registration.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 999r reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If we are unable to verify that you are 18 or older, your account will be suspended until verification is completed or closed if verification fails.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of 999r does not violate any laws applicable to you in your location. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful for you personally.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must not be accessing 999r from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a professionally excluded person or self-excluded person on any gaming platform.
• Employees and contractors of 999r are not permitted to hold player accounts on the platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 999r. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, bonuses forfeited, and potentially funds held pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your account credentials with anyone. 999r will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 999r support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 999r are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be available and will be displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your 999r account balance upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. Most deposits process within a few minutes. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, the funds are typically reconciled automatically within 24 hours. If a deposit does not reflect after 24 hours, contact support.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• 999r does not accept deposits made in currencies other than PKR. Any currency conversion is the responsibility of your payment provider.

999r reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on your account.

Before any withdrawal is processed, 999r may require identity verification (KYC). This is a standard process that involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or passport and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• If a player has received a bonus deposit, the original deposit amount may also be subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn, depending on the specific promotion terms.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Most withdrawals complete within 1–3 business days once approved.
• 999r reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus offer comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. • Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, household, device , IP address, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• 999r reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus already credited and in active use at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the original terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be voided along with any associated winnings.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Check individual promotion terms for details.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using techniques designed to reduce risk on bonus wagering — will result in the bonus being voided, associated winnings forfeited, and potential account suspension.

VIP cashback is calculated and credited according to the rules of the VIP programme as described on the VIP page. Cashback credited through the VIP programme may also carry wagering requirements as specified in the programme terms.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 999r — including slots, live casino tables, and fish games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By playing any game on the platform, you agree to be bound by its specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

The outcome of all games on 999r is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by real physical outcomes at a live dealer table. 999r does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or against any individual player.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, any bets placed during the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in the platform's server logs will be used to determine winnings.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or promotional play. These are stated in the relevant game or promotion rules.
• Players are expected to play in good faith. Any behaviour that is found to be exploiting game bugs, glitches, or system errors is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 999r. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account on 999r in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into a 999r account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with 999r games or the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that was legitimately received and used on the platform.
• Exploiting Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of a known software bug, pricing error, or system glitch to generate winnings.
• Money Laundering: Using 999r as a channel to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Threatening Behaviour: Directing threats, harassment, or abusive language at 999r staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

999r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. During the investigation period, you will not be able to deposit, play, or withdraw. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, your account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.

Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard verification checks are completed. Bonus funds that have not been converted through wagering will be voided upon closure.

10 Privacy & Data

999r collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal information — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, and payment method data — is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention. 999r does not sell your personal data to third parties.

In order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, 999r may be required to retain records of your transactions and identity documents for a defined period, even after account closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

999r is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming on 999r is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover money that has already been lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999r shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from game outcomes, inability to access the platform, or losses arising from account suspension carried out in accordance with these Terms.

You acknowledge that all gaming activity on 999r carries financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion. 999r is not responsible for any financial decisions you make in connection with your use of the platform.

13 Changes to These Terms

999r reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
